My piston only works once in a while

I edited my piston over the weekend and tried it out today and again it did not work at all.

Remove the $args. from the expression… should be just previousAge([device:attribute])…

As a quick test if you want, edit 94rz by replacing the PUSH line command with the command to unlock the door. you can add a new notification after that but for now, keep it simple if you’re just testing overall. you can get as fancy as you like after that. You can do all sorts of cool stuff but take it step by step until you get i the groove. Again, just saying how I would get started. Many ways to skin this cat.

To test the system more quickly, keep in mind you can replace the sensor with any trigger if you have others. A smart connected light switch, a motion sensor and the like. If that makes sense to you, great, if not just ignore it for now. Not trying to muddy the waters.
