Is there a way to begin playback of an internet radio station via a piston.
I have a piston which currently gives me a weather report when I first enter my office in the morning. I’d like to amend it to play the radio.
Typically I use TuneIn via the Samsung Multiroom app but would like to automate something similar.
Does anyone have any thoughts? .
I use this method to automatically fire up specific channels in TuneIn. It takes about a half hour to set it up the first time, but it’s super easy from that point onwards, and should work with any speaker connected to an Android. (I have not tested it with a WiFi speaker)
Alternatively, if you already have voice alerts set up, you can just have a piston automatically send a verbal command, “Alexa play WKRP on TuneIn”.
