With skybell you can turn on/off the indoor chime in the app
Is there a way to do the same with an automation in webcore
Would like to turn indoor chime off each day at a certain time (baby sleeping) and turn if on back the next morning

Doesn’t find a command to do it
If you can connect Skybell to SmartThings, then likely yes.
Alternatively, if Skybell allows for outside commands to control the device, then likely yes.
Unfortunately, according to their webpage:

A: Not at this time, yet we are considering all these options.
… but this one sounds a bit promising:

A: SkyBell HD will work with some of the best platforms in IoT.
It also appears that you can Turn Quiet Mode On or Off using your voice, and Alexa…
(or perhaps automate this process using my method)
For your information, I found that we can set quiet mode on my skybell
