Wait timer reset, also tried never TCP

1) Give a description of the problem
Wait timer resets

2) What is the expected behaviour?
Lights to turn of when no motion inactive for 45 seconds + 10 seconds.

3) What is happening/not happening?
Wait timer contiously resets, I have also tried adding never TCP to each if with no luck so I ended up removing it becuase it has previously worked without it.

You have a lightning bolt next to “Outlet 2’s power”, so your piston will run all day, every day…

If it were me, I would change:

  • “Motion Sensor 5’s motion” into triggers
  • and keep “Outlet 2’s power” as conditions.

IE:

IF Sensor's motion CHANGES TO active
    Then blah blah blah
END IF

IF Sensor's motion STAYS inactive for 60 seconds
    Then blah blah blah
END IF

Oh, wow, I never realized that. Thank you so much for your help.
I did change now, however the lightning bolt is still there?

For all triggers it will be there… that’s normal and expected.

This is good. Notice it is only next to the Sensors now… not the outlet’s power. :+1:

This means only the Sensor will trigger the piston… at which point, it will check the status of the power.
