Arrival sensor help

1) Give a description of the problem
I can’t get my arrival sensor to update location.

2) What is the expected behavior?
I expect the arrival sensor to know when I leave my home, and arrive at the other locations I have set up in webcore

3) What is happening/not happening?
The arrival sensor reads present all the time, no matter where I am… Until I restart my phone, then it updates.

4) Post a Green Snapshot of the pistonimage
(UPLOAD YOUR IMAGE HERE)

5) Attach any logs (From ST IDE and by turning logging level to Full)

iOS or Andriod? webCoRE Presence Sensor?

Android.

I just removed it from smart things And can’t seem to get it back now. Uggh. Help!

Yes. I had the webcore presence sensor installed. I was thinking I could remove it from smart things and add it again… But now I can’t how to add it back.

You’ll need to repeat the initial setup process.

Open the webCoRE mobile app, log in, go to settings, add a location, then the add sensor option should re-appear.

I have uninstalled the app… Logged in… Etc. No green box in settings though. Have restarted Android and reinstalled… Have logged out and back in to webcore app. Still don’t see it.

Have cleared app data and logged in again. Was able to see the green box and set up… Not to get it to update correctly…
