Can not log in on he setup

Hi all
I need some help I have webcoe set upon smartthings
I am moving to he but can not get logged in
it keeps asking for a password but it not taking it

Try changing the security password on your instance of webCoRE in HE in settings > security. Even if you set it to the same password it is now. Then try to login to the dashboard.

Hi ended up do uninstall ad redo it now works
