Can't access dashboard (Solved)

Pistons are running, but stuck at loading screen.

Rebuilt cache, cleared browser security tokens, reset access token…nothing’s working. Pistons are backed up, but I don’t have a list of backup codes. Can’t load on the Android app either. Help :frowning:

[EDIT] Realized I could get backup codes within Hubitat Webcore App settings, but I’ve already created a new instance because the old instance stopped working months ago. I really don’t want to do this all over again…

You should not have to do that. Perhaps in private message you can show more of what is going on?

It turns out that changing the password worked. Go figure…
