Can't add anymore pistons

1) Give a description of the problem
Can’t add anymore pistons

2) What is the expected behaviour?
Create it and save it and it is there

3) What is happening/not happening?
Just the opposite

4) Post a Green Snapshot of the pistonimage
(UPLOAD YOUR IMAGE HERE)

5) Attach logs after turning logging level to Full
(PASTE YOUR LOGS HERE THEN HIGHLIGHT ALL OF THE LOGS AND CLICK ON THE </> ICON TO FORMAT THEM CORRECTLY)

Any error messages? Have you tried logging out of the dashboard, clearing browser cache and registering/logging in again? Tried a different browser to see if you get the same results?

tried to delete it after I switched browsers it is fixed. But I may be having other issues with the new piston but I will create another post when I have verified.
