Can't create a smartphone's location based piston

1) Give a description of the problem
I am trying to receive a notification when my wife leaves from work and I can’t find the way to create the piston based on her smartphone’s location which I am using as a sensor. I have created different locations in the webCore dashboard and all the information I find on the net is outdated. I am new to webCore though.

2) What is the expected behaviour?
When my wife’s phone leaves her work location, I will receive an email

3) What is happening/not happening?
I don’t find any options in the IF statements to tell the webCore engine What is leaving from Where

You should be able to see the presence sensor as a device.
You can use something like this:

I use this piston written by the author of webcore presence sensor I believe.
