Can't log in to dashboard from browser, can't reset password

I’m still logged into the dashboard from my iPad and can do things, but I can no longer log in from my computer. It tells me I have to register my browser again, then after registering it does not accept my password.

If I try to reset password it says my username doesn’t exist. Same username with same case as I’m logged in to the forum right now.

The webcore dashboard password is not the same as the community login ID/password.

To reset your webcore password, in the ST app > menu > SmartApps > open your webcore instance, go to settings > security

Thank you. I’m able to log in now. Still can’t explain why after more than a year my browser was suddenly not registered, but oh well.
