Hello.
I recently start writing a piston to integrate webCoRe with WhatsApp

2-way Whatsapp Messaging with webCoRE

Getting an integration between WhatsApp and SmartThings/webCoRe was something i have been looking for. The main purpose for this was to get a message whenever the last person leaves the home, to get a whatsapp message notifying if there are any lights or switches left on and with a reply, it can then turn it off. The project seems promising but I notice that the twilio service charges me when I send or receive a message via WhatsApp

Is there an alternative service to use that is free to use?
I wonder if there is a chat platform like Skype, slack, Viber to use with webCoRe

Not that I am aware off. Slack is free, but never ventured that way and not too sure how easy to use is their API.
