Checking Online Status Of A Device

1) Give a description of the problem
Want to know when a socket plug attaced to a GFCI circuit fails. I put a smart plug in one of the spare socket to monitor it.

2) What is the expected behaviour?
I get a message when the hub can not reach the smart plug (offline)

3) What is happening/not happening?
Never changes status when remove the plug. 30 second interval is just for testing purposes
4) Post a Green Snapshot of the piston

Bacially, I am looking for a way for the hub to ping the device If it does not find it, then report it offline.

Here is the program I created to tell me if any of my battery devices and Zigbee repeaters are offline. I only run it once per day, but it could be run more frequently if you need to know the status sooner.
