Custom timer question

Hi All,

Trying to create a simple piston that once mod changes to away
it will trigger and start timer for 2 minutes (a variable )
and every 30 seconds (also a variable) it will announce how much time left on my echo dot .
Not sure what is the best way to do that .
Any Ideas ?
