Did i install webcore wrong

1) Give a description of the problem

I have webcore on my smartthings app but when I go to the IDE it isnt there at all?

2) What is the expected behavior?

3) What is happening/not happening?

4) Post a Green Snapshot of the piston!

5) Attach any logs

could be a shard issue. what url are you using to access IDE?

I just installed it again on the same IDE I had Core already on so I can try this stuff again
