Display sensor data on webpage

#1

1) Give a description of the problem
Not sure if this is even possible, I am totally new to webcore. I haven’t created a piston yet.

2) What is the expected behaviour?
Display sensor data on a webpage, either hosted on the www or on my home webserver. Ideally, I’d like to display temperature values for each room overlayed on a house plan / map.

The Dashboard in webCoRE can display any kind of text, as well as images and gauges…

Here is a great thread to get inspiration, and see what others have created.

(overlayed on a map might be tricky, but you can group data by room easily enough, or put multiple dataPoints in the same section, etc)

Side Note:

If you are OK with only a single dataPoint per tile, the $30 app called ActionTiles is quite good.

You, uh…have a…coop monitor?

Sorry, no. That was just a snippet from that earlier link.

I wanted a small picture that showcased a variety of what’s possible…
(tiles, dataPoints, multi-lined display, text colors, background colors, images, weather, etc)
and @ahndee’s Dashboard was an exceptional example.

I hope I was not out of line for posting that here…

Lol, no. I was just teasing you. :stuck_out_tongue:

I built my wife a chicken coop once. No chicken ever dwelled in it. :chicken:
