Echo can't connect to Simulated Switches?

This problem started about 6 months ago.
I’ve been reading that some people had that issue last year.

Is anybody currently able to create a Simulated Switch in ST IDE and add that (discover) in Echo devices?

try the virtual switch in IDE or use the Virtual Device Creator smartapp

Nope didn’t work.

tried virtual switch (ST IDE)
and Virtual Device Creator

I see switches in ST APP
I can add them to Action Tiles and WebCore but no luck with echo.

ps : The old ones I created still working perfectly BUT i have over 300 devices in Echo, could this be a problem? That it’s not letting me add new ones?
