Echo Speaks Install

1) Give a description of the problem
While setting up Echo Speaks, I get to the step where I am performing Update from Repo, select the three “new on GitHub” items for echo-speaks

select Publish checkbox, Execute Update, and then get the following error:

2) What is the expected behaviour?
Load Echo Speaks into My SmartApps, which I will later allow webCoRE to access via the Classic app

3) What is happening/not happening?
See the error in 1.

4) Post a Green Snapshot of the pistonimage
See 1.

5) Attach logs after turning logging level to Full
N/A

I have webCoRE set up and working fine, having followed similar steps. I have been using it for months. I did log into GitHub separately and try again, no difference, still getting the above error.

Please provide any assistance you can.

Honestly, setting up Echo Speaks has absolutely nothing to do with webCoRE…

I would direct your questions to the proper thread on the SmartThings forums where the Echo Speaks programmer (and users) visits regularly…

Fair enough. I figured the users here are more advanced and there might be a simple answer.

You might get lucky… I just know that the Echo Speaks programmer (and many users) hang out in the ST forums…

First thing to try… login to IDE using an incognito/private tab in your browser :slight_smile:

Yeah, I recently had to do that to update a driver. Funny how that works, lol.
