Error occurred while retrieving the piston data

#1

I have seen other posts and I think that the IDE has changed or I am not understanding where some of these locations to do things are on the new app. I do not know how to just kill this thing at the least.

1) Give a description of the problem
I have a piston that is probably in an infinite loop and will not allow me to get into it. I get an error that says “Sorry, an error occurred while retrieving the piston data.” with a button to go back to the WebCoRE dashboard.

2) What is the expected behaviour?
I would hope there would be a button outside the piston(s) that allowed me to at least shut them all down or preferably choose which one to enable/disable.

3) What is happening/not happening?
I keep getting alerts to do something but I have done it.

4) Post a Green Snapshot of the pistonimage
LOL

Other pistons open fine.

Thanks

SOLVED THE ISSUE
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
1_ Open up your browser and go to your SmartThings portal.
… e.g. https://graph-na04-useast2.api.smartthings.com/
2_ Click “My Locations” in the top left
3_ On the right side under “Installed SmartApps”, click on “smartapps”
4_ Scroll down until you see your webCoRE piston and click on the pause symbol (||) to the left
5_ Go into your webCoRE web page and you should be able to get into your piston and fix it
5a_ You may need to refresh your webCoRE web page or log into it again.
6_ In the SmartThings portal, click on the play symbol next to your piston to start webCoRE again.

Infinite loops are always “fun”…
Thanks for coming back to post a solution… :sunglasses: :+1:
(cutting power to the ST hub often works as well)

One addendum for users around the world… Step one above should use this link:
