I am finally using webCore after CoRE as I want to expand my functionality. My CoRE function worked as follows:
If a virtual switch was set to ON, then on the 10minute mark of every hour from 7am to 7pm run my Rachio Zone. I have 3 of these, 10min, 30min and 50min mark for 3 different zones.
