How get Security Camera Motion Event trigger into Webcore

How can I get a security camera motion event into Webcore? I need for Webcore to somehow get notice that a motion event occurred so I can do something with it.

I have not done this. The cameras are currently communicating to a NAS via either WiFi or hardwire. How can I find these drivers?
