How to show Camera snapshots on dashboard?

#1

I just got some arlo cameras. I’d like to use the “disable automatic piston state” and have either snapshots or the live feeds shown in my dashboard. Can someone please point me in the right direction or help lead me on the right track for this?

I’m using Netgear Arlo.

Thanks!

Add your source url and make sure the pipe (|) stays at the end.

Do you know how I could find out my url?

I used chrome and right clicked on my camera image and clicked “inspect”…any other ideas? Thanks,

With as popular as arlos are I would suspect there is some documentation out there

Arlos are a PITA to get at images easily… I currently ‘cheat’ by using Stringify to copy every video up to Google Drive, and then I can use my priviate URLS that way

Basically I have a stringify flow that on record finish copies the video to Google Drive (you could use drop box too if you want).

I’ve seen that mentioned before about copying Arlo videos to gdrive but how does that work? I’ve never used Stringify.

I’ll try to do a quickie write up tomorrow if I can get some downtime… essentially Stringify is IFTTT with more conditions so you create a flow When Arlo Records copy File to GDrive

I think if you download stringify there is a sample you can build off of as well

That’d be super appreciated. I’ve had stringify app and account for a while now but never opened it once. Mostly because I’m not all that impressed with IFTTT and assumed same would be true of stringify.
