How to turn on Arlo Siren and Text to Speech on Samsung Wifi Speakers?

1) Give a description of the problem
Just migrating over from CoRE to WebCoRE and running into a couple stumbling blocks…

  1. how do I turn on the siren in my Arlo Pro Hub?

  2. how to I send text to speech messages to my Samsung wifi speakers (I have an R3 and an M3).

Both of these things are pretty easy to do with CoRE, but I’m brand new with WebCoRE so would appreciate a pointer.
