Recently discovered the humidity in my home is quite high…80%! (In northern Florida.) Found a couple guides on here to automate cooling (nest) based on humidity, but don’t quite understand the WHILE statement. If someone could help me with my piston it would be appreciated!

In this one the while statement doesn’t buy you anything - your IF statement above has already set your A/C to cool.
What are you trying to do and I’ll see if I can help you make sense of the while statement in your application.
