If No Motion Countdown Timer Not Restarting

1) Give a description of the problem
Bathroom Light Turns on with Motion, off after 70 seconds without. 70 second timer is not being reset if motion sensor sees motion before timing out 70 seconds.

2) What is the expected behavior?
The motion sensor has a physical 15 sec timeout. I would like 70 sec software timer to reset when it sees motion again.

3) What is happening/not happening?
The 70 sec timer continues to timeout regardless if the motion sensor sees motion again.

If I turn the light out manually the timer continues to count down too and I can walk back into the bathroom and the light will turn back on with motion but the timer won’t reset.

That did fix the motion/no motion issue. Now I need to get the other conditions to reset the piston. I’m getting closer. Thank you for the assistance.
