Is it possible to connect a Govee WiFi Temperature Humidity Monitor with SmartThings & WebCore

#1

1) Give a description of the problem
I would like to be able to connect the Govee WIFI Thermometer/Hygrometer (an Alexa Echo enabled device) which is also bluetooth to connect to SmartThings webcore and/or IFTTT. When enabled from within Alexa app, responds to commands requesting …“Alexa, ask Govee to tell me the temperature and humidity in the {device location}”, where {device location} is a specific name given for the particular Govee WiFi Temperature Humidity Monitor sensor. I would like to use WebCore to send commands to Alexa in a way where WebCore could capture and log this information. I know the SmartThings sensors has temperature and can track it natively but I’m looking into using a 3rd party device that atleast Alexa can talk to and hopefully WebCore can as well given that I have both and have Alexa->SmartThings integration enabled at IFTTT.

2) What is the expected behaviour?
As an Alexa Echo enabled device, unlike Smart Bulbs and other devices, it seems to not be a physical ‘discoverable’ device via scanning but instead is connected via an Amazon Alexa Skill called “Govee”. I’m unaccustomed to having a device connect as a smart enabled device that doesn’t actually appear as a physical device in “Devices” because it’s not discoverable “not found”. It’s just connected via the skill at this point but this is tried on my Android phone and responds to Alexa commands.

3) What is happening/not happening?
I’m was unable to find any Govee Integration Services available in IFTTT and as such am not able to register the Govee device within IFTTT’s to pair with SmartThings connected devices.

Also, to connect to WebCore, normally all of my Alexa enabled devices had to first be found and enabled within the WebCore section of the SmartThings app. Due to the aforementioned, I am perplexed as to how to create a such a connection directly or virtually between the Govee device and SmartThings/Webcore with the ability to have it show up as a device to be used in a Piston.

I appreciate your help.
Thank you.
