Light behavior in webCoRE

#1

1) Give a description of the problem
it’s more than me needing education and right way to add commands in core than a problem
in the below piston
small press is supposed to turn on lights to soft white/2700K, if initial light state is off it will do it just fine, however if last state was dark turquoise (after double press), single press will turn off light (toggle) but next single press will turn on light to blue turquoise again somehow, next single press will turn light off, and the next one will finally go to soft white
I feel it’s just because Im not using the right commands and likely not in the right order, not sure what should come first level/color/temperature because sometimes light comes on then increases/decreases in intensity due to the level I set (instead of going to that level directly)

2) What is the expected behavior?
colors/temp/level to be accurate

3) What is happening/not happening?
as above

**4) Post a Green Snapshot of the piston!

5) Attach any logs (From ST IDE and by turning logging level to Full)
I can provide it but likely not needed

I edited your title here to say webCoRE, which is different than Core.
(although they were both programmed by Ady)

Hi @anis_ber
I am not an expert on colors (saying that because I know somebulbs like PH HUE need more info than just temp)
just a quick pointer, make sure that keypad 3 is not added to any scenes or modes in ST APP before webcore.

keypad 3 isn’t added to anything but webcore
I hope some hue experts will chime in and give their inputs
Thx

This sounds like you are pressing too quickly during your tests.
(two single presses back to back might be registering as a double press)
