Lights on and then turn off for one day

1) Give a description of the problem
Even after reading dozens of tutorials, cant figure out this basic command. I want certain lights in my room to turn on only on Saturday morning at 7:30 in the morning and turn off a few hours after that

2) What is the expected behaviour?
Turn off indiciated lights ONLY on Saturday
3) What is happening/not happening?
Its turning off the lights every day at 7:30AM.

5) Attach logs after turning logging level to Full

There are many ways to do this. Here is my suggestion.

Every day at 07:30 AM, but only on Saturdays
  Do
    With White Bulb 3
      Set Level to 70%;
    With Switch 11 and Switch 12
      Turn On;
  End Do
Every day at 11:45 AM, but only on Saturdays
  Do
    With White Bulb 3 and Switch 12
      Turn Off;
  End Do
