Hi there,
Just a quick question: Is it possible to have my lights on when my (wakeup) alarm goes? Not sure, since this alarm would be set on my phone. Was wondering if I could do something that would make that possible.
Greetings

If your wakeup alarms are consistent (ie: M-F at 7am, and Sat/Sun at 9am) then you could simply make a piston in webCoRE to turn on the appropriate lights at certain times on specific days…
If your wakeup alarms are scattered (unpredictable), It will be tougher to get your phone’s alarms into the ST universe.
One trick that I use is, my “Good Night” routine sets a 7 hour timer. When that timer expires, my lights will turn on to my morning preference. This lets me go to sleep whenever, and my lights will ‘wake up’ exactly 7 hours later.
Another good options (if you have Alexa or Google Home) is to make a ‘Good Morning’ routine in webCoRE, which is triggered by a spoken phrase. This method does require a voice command, but it is a great way for spontaneous commands being run at will. The added benefit going this way, you can actually program that ‘Good Morning’ routine to cover more than just the lights. (news, weather, radio etc)
