Location virtual device greyed out in pistons

Location virtual device is greyed out in all my old and new pistons as shown below. This doesnt cause any problems with my pistons, but was wondering why? I see the below while selecting actions for devices.

I believe it’s always greyed out. If nothing else is selected, then it defaults to Location:

Correct… you can select multiple devices at the same time, but location can only be selected on it’s own.
