Lock Piston with Delay for Contact Sensor

1) Give a description of the problem
I have a piston setup to lock the locks if the door is shut after a certain period of time, for some reason when I open the door and it is that time the door re-locks even though the contact sensor is open?

2) What is the expected behavior?
If the door is unlocked, and the time is between x and y, and the contact sensor is closed, then lock the door, send sms

3) What is happening/not happening?
door is locking even though contact sensor is not closed/shut

4) Post a Green Snapshot of the pistonimage

Can you isolate this down to a single door/lock combo and then replicate the error with logging enabled?
