Motorized shade

#1

Anyone have motorized shades/blinds that they’ve integrated with WebCoRE? If so, would you mind posting your piston?

I’m looking for an example if a certain window (sensor) is in the open position, the shade won’t close regardless of any schedule that was due to close the shade/blind…And, after the window is subsequently closed, as long as it was within the time period that it was supposed to close the shade/blind, it then waits a short time and closes it…

Open to any other examples, as well…

Just checking on this again, since there are many more users. Would love to get feedback from anyone that has integrated WebCoRE with their shades…thanks

I don’t have a shade connected to my system, so if you post a green snapshot of what you have so far, I can walk you through the steps to build what you want around it.

I’m in the same situation, but I have some on the way and the blinds that I do have should be automated shortly…figured I’d get a head-start. Appreciate the offer…Once I get it set up, I’ll give it a go and see what happens…

I haven’t done this yet but it’s on my list of things to do. Would you mind sharing what blind solution you are going for?

I have “My Smart Blinds” which currently have no ST/Alexa integration, but they are releasing a hub soon. For blinds, they work very well. You can retrofit most standard blinds if you already have them or they can custom make the blinds with everything built in.

Aside from that, I am getting Lutron Triathlon shades, which are basically the professionally installed version of the Lutron Serena shades. Those will be connected to the Lutron hub, once everything is installed. They should integrate with ST, we shall see.
