No sound for Play Track MP3

1) Give a description of the problem
“Play Track” works with “https://www.soundjay.com/door/doorbell-1.mp3” but it does not with “https://soundcloud.com/user-598909973/doorbell-3”. It is the same MP3 file.

2) What is the expected behaviour?

3) What is happening/not happening?
"Play Track: “https://www.soundjay.com/door/doorbell-1.mp3” works but “https://soundcloud.com/user-598909973/doorbell-3” does not work.

Total shot in the dark here…do you need a WAIT after each playTrack for the length of the sound bite? Also, I had to copy my sound bites to a local server because website response times were so variable.

The first link is directly to a MP3 file… The second link is to a webpage…

Also, adding “.mp3” to the end of the URL won’t work either:
