Not sure what i missed

Hi all, not sure what i have missed
how do i trigger this so i get the email if it is 0
i ht test bet email but not one sence

#2

Does the outlet power consumption ever actually get all the way down to 0W?

#3

yes it does

Sorry, I think I just realised the problem. Instead of using “is less than or equal to” in the conditions sections, scroll lower to the triggers section and select “drops to or below”.

Conditions won’t trigger a piston, only the trigger statements will. Also, be wary as using two trigger conditions will also cause you problems.

Conditions will trigger a piston if the piston doesn’t contain a trigger. That orange lightning bolt to the left of his condition means that his piston is ‘subscribed’ to events for Outlet 1’s power. Meaning his piston will trigger every time the power changes.

Can you post up logs from your piston? If you haven’t already, set logging to full before making your piston run. I’d like to see what it returns when it evaluates ‘power is less than or equal to 0’. I’d also like to see if other events come in immediately after the 0 that ‘overwrite’ it and prevent your piston from behaving the way you expect.

how do i set the loging

#7

When you’re viewing your piston (not in the edit screen), scroll down and it’s below the window for your piston.
