I have no idea why this happened, but today I opened webcore and noticed that one piston disappeared. I have the backup set on for all my Piston, but I don`t have the code. Is it possible to retrieve the piston anyway? I have Piston name and its “hex” code.

I can help with this if automatic backup was enabled for the piston. Please send me a private message with two private backup codes. One backup code can be for any of your existing pistons. For the second backup code, create a brand new piston. The new piston can be blank, it is just to verify that the other code is from your account. You can use the red snapshot button to get the backup codes.
I can look up the remaining backup bin codes on your account. The backups are encrypted so I can’t see any form of the piston names or code, but you can find the correct backup code by process of elimination.
