Problem creating Fuel Stream

I get the error java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: “Graph” on line 2580 (method writeToFuelStream) when trying to append data to fuel stream. The fuel stream is never created.

Are you on the latest webcore (I ask as the line numbers don’t match up). Please check that.

Then show the HE logs if the exception occurs as it will have more of the stack trace on where it happened.

I am on the latest version v0.3.114.20220203 HE: v3.11420230103_HE - January 3, 2023

I initially created the Thermostat and weather fuel streams and they worked. When I tried to add the server ones it throws the error and doesn’t create the fuel stream. The log always looks like it writes the data but the fuel stream is not created.

I’m not sure what logs you are referring to.

In HE console (where you see devices, apps, etc) on the left side there is ‘Logs’

If you have that open when you run something, it there was an exception it should show more information there.

I’m familiar with the logs but I don’t see anything about an exception.

I did a soft reset but am still having the same issue.

I updated to HE 2.3.4.134 and the error changed to line 2552

It would be good to sort the columns of the app display by ‘Type’ and then show all of the

webCoRE Fuel Stream lines (copy all of the line)

Thats the one I pasted earlier. It writes the 9 data points but only 6 are working.
