Question Mark icon against "Resume Piston"

My piston has a question Mark icon against “Resume Piston”. What it means? The Piston is not running at designated time.

I was not able to duplicated the ? mark. I get a clock icon.

Your smart apps may be outdated; the icons were changed a few months ago. The dashboard requires the latest version and there are also occasional bug fixes and features.
