Question mark showing with "Set level"

#1

After upgrading to webCoRE_HE v0.3.113 all of my “set level” commands have a question mark after them.

Example:

This is causing lights not to change levels.

If I edit the piston, and edit the line with the “set level” and just hit save, the question mark goes away.

What is causing this?

I’m seeing this in the pistons:

How do I do this in Hubitat?

#3

Tried opening/editing and saving the piston?

#4

Hi eibyer, it’s on ALL of my pistons that use “Set level”

#5

Maybe @E_Sch have a better suggestion for mass edit/fix. I haven’t updated to the latest version.

#6

Sorry… I didn’t realize that I put this in the Piston Design Help category. Can someone move this to a more appropriate category.

This question mark is causing pistons to fail at setting light levels.

I have to go into every piston that has “Set level”, edit the piston, edit the lines that have “Set level” and just click Save, and then Save the piston. I’m literally not changing anything, just clicking Save.

I have A LOT of pistons…

The error message if it continues suggest you updated one of the 2 webcore source files, but not both.

I suggest you update the other file or if using HPM do a repair

the setLevel command in HE takes an option argument for the duration of the transition. HE recently changed this so you may need after fixing the updates to edit those lines.

It may not be the real issue, but the issue of not updating both source files

Hi E_Sch,

I ran the HPM Repair, and it seems to have fixed the issue.

I tested a piston that uses the “Set level”, and I did not get the Warning message about the Parent and the Child being different versions.

Thank you so much!

I’ve been using webCoRE forever, but I’ve only been using it on HE for a few months now.
