1) Give a description of the problem
Hi. I got the registration code and tried to use it at webCoRE.co/re but it says code did not work. Please help

2) What is the expected behaviour?
(PUT YOUR INFO HERE) code works

3) What is happening/not happening?
(PUT YOUR INFO HERE) not working

4) Post a Green Snapshot of the pistonimage
(UPLOAD YOUR IMAGE HERE)

5) Attach logs after turning logging level to Full
(PASTE YOUR LOGS HERE THEN HIGHLIGHT ALL OF THE LOGS AND CLICK ON THE </> ICON TO FORMAT THEM CORRECTLY)

Just checking… you generated the code from your instance of webCoRE in the ST app?

OK… continuing from the thread on the ST forum.

I need more details on exactly what you are doing, what you are seeing, when you are failing. The video you mentioned is a little out of date…

For the new SmartThings app…

Go to menu (3 bars in the upper left of the screen)
Select Smartapps
Select the instance of webCoRE you created
Select register a browser
Copy the 4 character register code
Open your browser and go to https://dashboard.webcore.co
Your will be promoted to enter the 4 character code you generated above… paste or enter it
Next you will be prompted to enter your webcore secuity password… enter it
Next you should see your dashboard

Where exactly is it failing for you?

Note: your webcore password is different from your ST account password unless you made them both the same. If you forgot the webcore password, you can reset it in your webcore instance > settings > security
