Restore Level to 100% after fade to 0%

1) Give a description of the problem
I have a set of lights that fade to 0% over a 30 minute period. The next day if I try to turn them on, they don’t seem to be one since their last state was 0%.

2) What is the expected behavior?
Fade to 0% at night, but if I turn them back on the next day they should be 100%

The next day, when you try to turn the lights on, are you using a piston to do so, manually in the ST app, or some other method like Alexa?

You can use something along the lines of the following piston (adjust the threshold according to your needs, you might want it lower):
