Ring Doorbell 2

(Creating Piston for Ring Doorbell button state)

2) What is the expected behaviour?
(Piston activates on button press of Ring)

3) What is happening/not happening?
(Webcore lists numerous buttons, not sure which number to select. )

5) Attach logs after turning logging level to Full

There’s only one button on the Ring, so #1 should work. You could also leave it on Any.

Thanks. I thought about “any” but was thinking maybe the other numbers have different functionality. I’ll try #1

I created a similar piston. I just used “any button gets pushed” and it works fine to activate my chime and send a push notification.
