I have created a new routine in ST but unable to see it in WebCore to create a piston based on this - is there a delay period or anything that needs to be done to refresh this list?
I am aware that things need to re-added to the smartapp but not sure if anything needs to be done with routines.

Try a hard refresh of the browser window (hold Ctrl whilst clicking the refresh button with the mouse)
Failing that, open the WC app on your mobile, and click done.
