Samsung TV switch changes not responding

1) Give a description of the problem
I have 2 Samsung TV’s that will not respond in Webcore to swith change events.

2) What is the expected behaviour?
TV turns on or off and the piston will run.

3) What is happening/not happening?
TV turns on or off and the piston does not run.

So a little more information may help. Both TV’s work using the SmartThings app. I can see when they are manually turned on and off. I can also use the app to turn them on and off. However, Webcore is unable to detect when the TV’s turn on or off. I have tried to get any response from Webcore using status changes, mute changes, video input change etc… But nothing seems to fire the event. I looked at the IDE to maybe load a different driver but it shows a placeholder. So no luck there either. The snapshot I posted shows the model numbers of the TV’s. They are both new within the last couple years.
