My Ecobee3 shows up in the list of devices, but setThermostatProgram() does not appear on the list of commands under “DO”. See image.
What do I need to do to get that comnand to appear?

When I saw the email with your reply, I started working my way thru the selections under “set schedule to…” in a test program.
I set the “value” to “Away” or “away”, with no change in my Ecobee. “Expression”, “variable”, or “argument” are just variations on how to get “away” into the statement.

If you are trying to set Home/Away, perhaps it’s available with “Set fan or thermostat mode...
”
Hopefully an Ecobee user can chime in.
