Are you using the Classic app or the new app? WebCoRE can not arm/disarm STHM in the new app but it can control SHM in the Classic app. Unfortunately they are two completely separate apps.

ah this now makes sense! Its armed in classic but not the new app this is very annoying hmmmm any way to get something working in the new app?

For me, I used Automations in the new app. My case, the automation would set arm/disarm based on mode. Mode is the same for both apps. When mode changed to away, the automation sets arm (away) for STHM in the new app. When mode changes to Night, an automation changes to STHM to arm (stay). When mode changes to day, an automation changes STHM to disarmed.

Again, that is the way I do it in the new app.

Also, you may only wish to use SHM or STHM but not both because users get confused when the alarm goes off for both and they forget they need to dismiss the alarm in both and they wonder why they are still receiving SMS messages every hour.

You can also use automations to arm/disarm based on presence. I will eventually move in that direction.
