Smooth Colour changing lights

1) Give a description of the problem
I have some RGB garden lights and want the colour to change smoothly from sunset to midnight.

2) What is the expected behaviour?

3) What is happening/not happening?
I used a git hub app but it just does a sudden change every 5 mins.
Is there app to do this?

The only way I was able to achieve this was using Scenes in Hubitat.

What is the brand for the lights? If it is hue, they have a hue labs app that rotates the color of selected lights from within the hue app. It is called colorloop.
