Notify Presence sensor 3 when Presence sensor 3 is home and Presence sensor 1 leaves for over 10 min and Presence sensor 3 returns home.
3) What is happening/not happening?
Presence sensor 3 is getting notified when Presence sensor 3 is not even home.
