(solved) Deck camera motion to turn on switch lights then off

1) Give a description of the problem
When my deck lights turn off it sets off my motion camera and turns lights back on.

2) What is the expected behavior?
Ring camera motion is detected and string lights are off then turn on deck string lights. Wait 5 minutes. Turn off deck string lights.

3) What is happening/not happening?
Motion is detected and turns on lights. When lights turn off after 5 minutes it triggers my motion and triggering the lights to turn on again. After 5 minutes lights turn off and triggers the motion again turning on my lights. Creating a loop of on and off

4) Post a Green Snapshot of the piston

Try in place of switch 1 is off —> switch 1 was off for at least 10 seconds

You may also want to change motion is active —> motion changes to active

That sounds exactly like what I need to do. I can’t seem to see how to change switch is off to was off for at least 10 seconds.
