[SOLVED] NOOB: How do you insert a PUSH message?

1) Give a description of the problem
I cant find a way to create a PUSH message in the IDE.
2) What is the expected behaviour?

  1. Add a new action
  2. scroll down
  3. find list entry to insert push message

Solution:
Add a new action
In Devices drop-down click Location
click add task
select command
find notification actions

**4) Post a Green Snapshot of the piston!

For future reference, the full steps are:

  • Add a new statement
  • Add an action
  • Device: Location
  • Add a Task
  • Please select a command
  • Send PUSH notification
  • Customize popup window

Pro Tip:

Technically, the Device can be anything, but I usually use the default “Location”

Sorry for the NOOB question, but where is the destination of this Push cmd?

It sends a notification to all phones registered in the SmartThings app.
