Sports Team Lighting and flashing

1) Give a description of the problem
I have created a piston and vitrual switch for my lights to change to cowboys colors (silver and blue) when I command it to. It works fine, I would just like to have more features such as flashing lights, reaction to music, etc. Is this possible? The flash Function that I tried was really slow and uncoordinated and lame.

Flashing Colored and Light and possible reaction to music

3) What is happening/not happening?
The flash function is slow and uncoordinated

5) Attach any logs (From ST IDE and by turning logging level to Full)

Look at the holiday light piston on this forum. You can see how you can randomize the pattern or set specific movement.

For music I think.you need a third party app live huemanic you would set the colors in the app and have it ready to music either from the phone or speaker.
