ST cloud inconsistencies/lag/skipped beat since yesterday?

#1

Hi all,

I’ve been having issues since yesterday with 2 smartapps (DSC Integration and Homebridge). They works on and off, randomly skipping some commands.

Anyone else has noticed any inconsistencies since yesterday’s firmware update?

I know I could be asking on ST community but my home (and heart) is here

I use Smart Home Monitor (SHM) and I am noticing I’m not always getting updates on devices…have to refresh my app to get it…then it will be fine for a while…not sure if the firmware is the issue…but looking at the IDE…the information is getting passed properly…

Yeah SHM is what is getting me the headaches right now (tied to DSC integration). According to logs, commands are passed but never executed.

Webcore is of course rock solid

Things had worked pretty much perfectly for months until two days ago when multiple devices stopped responding and lots of routines became unreliable. This morning, none of my overnight routines worked. I tested a bunch of pistons and many didn’t work because the associated devices had stopped reporting status, were stuck, etc. It appears WebCoRE is working fine but the ST infrastructure isn’t.

It sounds silly but I’m happy to read you. I mean, I’m sorry for you and wish everything was working well but at least now I kinda know I’m not alone nor to blame. I’ll keep you posted if it gets better, feel free to do the same.

So I am almost 100% sure it is a ST app issue…because how can the data get all the way to the ST IDE, but not the ST app? (Alarm devices show up as things in the app.)

Anyways, I just feel it is tied to the app, based on the above…the info is going all the way through…I accidentally removed the iphone touchid option and that seemed to resolve the issue, at least for now…
